SUCCESSFUL DUBAI MEET UP

Fresh from the recent success of Global Aircargo Alliance’s 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting! Again, we were able to successfully unite established partners around the globe. It was good to be back after a 2-year break due to the pandemic, we were able to host an event filled with exciting opportunities to all our members.

This event has been a wonderful journey bringing the best performers in the airfreight industry. The network continues to strengthen its forces by setting the bars in reshaping the field of building closer contacts for new business within the network

Welcome Cocktail Reception

It has been a truly exception way to officially welcome and start our 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting where we once again was able to meet familiar faces once again!

Opening Ceremony, Network Updates, Keynote Speeches

Global Aircargo Alliance 3rd Annual Partnership Meeting officially opened last May 9, 2022 with our traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, lead by our Directors, Steven Alves, Stephan Haltmayer, Melvin Xavier, Nils Walle, Christian Raeuber, Rebecca Foster. This event is a special one since we have co-located with other like-minded partnership networking groups such as, Cold Chain Connect (Perishables Freight Network) , Life Logistics Networks (Pharma Forwarders Network), Aircargo Group (Wholesale/Airfreight Forwarders Network) and Global Freight Forwarders Group(longstanding Forwarders Network).

The morning session was then followed by Network Management Speeches from Nils Walle, Director and Co-Founder of Global Aircargo Alliance, Melvin Xavier, Director of Cold Chain Connect, followed by Steven Alves, Director from Life Logistics Networks lastly Stephen Bishop, Director from AircargoGroup.

We have also opened our stage for our new members to introduce themselves to our partners. Additionally, we are pleased to have with us again, Mark Millar our Keynote Speaker who had discussed “What is Shaping Logistics (Air/Sea) in 2022” . This was then followed by a Keynote Speeches as well from our guest speakers, Julian Sutch, Global Sale Pharma from Emirates Skycargo and Sayed Harris Global Product Manager – FRESH.

The morning session was then concluded by taking our official Global Aircargo Alliance group photo for this year’s conference!

Face-to-Face Meetings

In the afternoon, we had our first set of face-to-face meetings on Day-2, connecting our delegates with their fellow partners worldwide. This has been a milestone for the network since they were also able to meet with other partners from networking groups such as Cold Chain Connect, Life Logistics Networks, Global Freight Forwarding Group, and AircargoGroup as well.

We were able to successfully connect more than 200 freight forwarders from around the world!

A Tour at the Dubai Desert Safari

As we head on to Day 3, we brought our delegates to the famous untouched desert landscape in Dubai! It was a quite a thrilling ride driving around the deserts of Dubai!

Our delegates were able to enjoy an ultimate adventure-filled safari tour, truly a fascinating experience!

Farewell Happy Hour

We can’t end the conference just yet, with our 3rd year of network event success, we gave everyone the chance to drink and enjoy with fellow delegates one last time! It was a wrap! Everyone enjoyed the sunset cocktail as we filled them with cocktails and beers.

We look forward to seeing you again next year!
